Anything Worth It Was Never Easy!

As time passes, and as I continue going after my dreams, my goals ect…. I realize that  challenges never stop arriving. I’ll be honest I had a tough couple weeks but it was more internal than anything. Sometimes we can get in this weaker state of mind and dwell about the smaller things in life, it’s human nature, society has taught us at a young age to be reactive to whats going on around us!! You almost have this blockage that won’t let you see the light at the end of the tunnel! When that blockage goes away for me,  I realize that even on an subconscious level, I sent for it! Now I bounce back very quickly and don’t spend to much time analyzing the darkness cause all I would discover is more darkness. It really doesn’t make sense to dwell on something that you know won’t benefit you in the end!!

It does however make plenty of sense to dwell on what you do want in life! Now it has been scentifically proven that every thought has a frequency, that means that our thoughts are physical in the universe!

Knowing this should make us excited because that rut that you might be in, can change in an instant once you change your thoughts and take the right actions!! What I’ve learned to be true is that even though long term goals are important it’s about asking yourself this question: “what kind of energy am I bringing to this moment right now”? See the brains not bias,  it will give you the right answers, once you start asking the right questions!

I know I’ll have other tough weeks ahead of me, but I do know that it’s always within me to change it for the better, and learn from it!

It’s time to simplify and stop trying to complicate everything with all that mental chit chat! To anyone that reads this and thinks that’s theres no way out. I’m here to tell you there always was a way out, you just need to walk through that door.

The only thing that matters is positive energy, thoughts and the “now”. Not the past. Future depends on “now” state and making setting goals. Everything is done in baby steps… Called the journey. Thanks for the words.
